Collectable wheel with sparks made of metal and tin with a button and an animated character.

Press the button on the handle and this wheel made of metal and tin starts to turn and make multicoloured sparks whose colours depends on the coloured filters in the wheel. While the wheel turns, the character comes out from its hiding place and starts to moves its arms.
